Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at www.selenedreams.com, operated by DMJ HOME LLC, trading as Selene Dreams.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship worldwide, except to destinations where shipping is restricted by law or by our carriers. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales and holiday periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.

We offer FREE standard shipping via FedEx on all orders, worldwide, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.

• United States: estimated delivery 7-12 business days.
• All other destinations: estimated delivery 8-18 business days.

Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in China.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international orders are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email contact@selenedreams.com as soon as possible; we will do our best to update it before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, we will refund the order once the parcel is back with us.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local carrier office, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email contact@selenedreams.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. You will receive tracking details for each parcel.
