RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information to provide and improve the Services. We also use certain Shopify features that combine information about your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. For those features, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your information, including responding to requests to exercise your rights. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

  • Account information: until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
  • Customer service communications: up to 3 years after your last contact.
  • Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

We may keep information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

We aim to respond within one month (EEA and UK), 40 days (Hong Kong) and 45 days (United States), or sooner where the law requires.

HONG KONG CUSTOMERS

We collect your personal information to process and deliver orders, handle returns, provide customer service and, with your consent, send you marketing. Providing your contact and delivery details is required to complete a purchase; other information is optional. Your information may be transferred to the service providers and locations described in this policy. We will not use your personal information for direct marketing without your consent. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to and correction of your personal information by emailing contact@selenedreams.com (Attn: Privacy). We may charge a reasonable fee for processing a data access request.

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed in "Personal Information We Collect", from the sources and for the purposes described above. We may disclose identifiers, commercial information and internet activity information to advertising partners for targeted advertising, which some state laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing". We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing contact@selenedreams.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal".

CHILDREN

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
